Shipping policy

Packages are shipped out within 7 business days

-We typically ship with Canada Post, but if you have a physical address we will be able to search more shippers and get better options via other couriers

- No returns or refunds, we try and describe items as accurately as possible.

- If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, we are unable to put insurance on our breakable items so we do pack as carefully as possible

- Most of our packaging is recyclable and biodegradable. Our packaging peanuts are biodegradable.  We try to reuse packaging materials as possible while getting your order delivered safely.
