  We try and accurately describe our handmade items, but due to variations in screens etc, we can’t control if you are happy with what you receive. As a small business that makes breakable items, we can’t replace items that break once they are in your possession. If your order arrives with broken items, please contact us within 24 hours.

-Everything is shipped with Canada Post

- If you order multiple times during an update, we will refund extra shipping costs after packages are shipped

- No returns or refunds, we try and describe items as accurately as possible.

- If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, Canada post does not insure breakable items, and so we pack as carefully as possible

- Most of our packaging is recyclable and biodegradable. Our packaging peanuts are biodegradable. We try to reuse packaging materials as possible while getting your order delivered safely.
