Choose your favourite colour/texture theme and have an item delivered 4x a year in the colour you chose! Examples of the items are shown in “white wheat” and the mugs are to show the other colour schemes. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out at theclaypeoplesk@gmail.com.

All our pottery is handmade by 2 of us, so there can be many variations in each item. No two pieces will be exactly alike, or exactly as the picture may show on your screen. Measurements are approximate. Our pottery is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Please be careful to always avoid thermal shock.

Return and refund policy
We try and accurately describe our handmade items, but due to variations in screens etc, we can’t control if you are happy with what you receive. As a small business that makes breakable items, we can’t replace items that break once they are in your possession. If your order arrives with broken items, please contact us within 24 hours.
Shipping info
Packages are shipped out within 7 business days
-We typically ship with Canada Post, but if you have a physical address we will be able to search more shippers and get better options via other couriers
- No returns or refunds, we try and describe items as accurately as possible.
- If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, we are unable to put insurance on our breakable items so we do pack as carefully as possible
- Most of our packaging is recyclable and biodegradable. Our packaging peanuts are biodegradable. We try to reuse packaging materials as possible while getting your order delivered safely.
